We're offering a complimentary shuttle service from the listed hotels to the event venue and back. The busses pick you up in the morning & drop you back of in the evening at the hotel. Make sure to be on time, as there is only one shuttle bus per hotel.

If you've lost an item, please let one of our trainers know. All found items should be brought to the front desk at the entrance of T1. Our staff will assist you in locating your belongings. Be prepared to describe the item to help us identify it quickly.
The sessions are held in various rooms throughout the venue. Please refer to the practical page for the agenda. There will also be signage outside each room indicating which session is taking place.
There is a cloakroom at the entrance where you can leave coats and personal items. Make sure to get a ticket for your belongings. We recommend keeping valuable items with you at all times.
Yes, there are several networking opportunities scheduled during breaks and lunch. Additionally, there is a special networking area where you can meet and converse with other participants in an informal setting. Please check the program for the exact times of networking sessions.
